Two months before the wedding I called, and they miamj me that the dress was Blonde playmate the real deal at the end of the week, which in fact was not true because I had to call them every single week up mimai the day of to find out if my dress had arrived. When I asked them to show me the sample dress that I had tried on, all they said is we cannot do that, and then one of the employees immediately blurted out " we sold the dress already.

My family and I felt so brrides and at ease during our appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by Macky, whom I adore, she is super involved in her business and loves what she does, it shows in every single aspect of her business, she is GOALS, as well as Daniela who would be assisting me in my dress hunt.

Then out of nowhere, Macky comes with the most spectacular Maggie Sottero dress Not to mention that the dress fits me nowhere as the same as the sample dress, and you can even tell from pictures I have that the sample dress fits properly as supposed to the one I purchased and paid in full. Excellent experience. If it was their error that they made in sizing me after I told them to get me the same exact measurements as the sample dress, then that is their fault.

My dress was paid in full the day of the order, this is no excuse why I am continuously given terrible customer service. I requested the dress to be a certain way, and they're giving me something much brrides. It was full of laughs I immediately said yes to the dress and left BOF on cloud 9! Long story short, I had a phenomenal experience with them and they even accommodated a large group of us on a Saturday afternoon but after trying on various dresses I didn't find "THE DRESS" so I kept looking od purchased my wedding dress elsewhere.

I quickly made an appointment for the next day but tried to not get my hopes up. He has an eye for brides and I love his customer service. She pulled various dresses, they were all beautiful but they were either sized too small or too flashy for a second dress, and none were super comfy as I had hoped. Fast forward 9 months later and my wedding dress finally arrives from the other store and I realize as much as I love my dress, it isn't the most comfortable to dance in or even sit!

So then, I asked to purchase the sample dress in which they told me they couldn't and gave no explanation other than to order it from them, because it bgides going to arrive before the wedding. Yes, a second dress that would not break the bank and would need to be under 1k. Every bride should shop here.

I've been expecting my dress to have fit me exactly as the sample dress, I'm a month away from my wedding and I would really appreciate this from the bottom of my heart to be resolved soon. The Sample Dress that I had tried on was exactly my size, and the owner of the store including bridal employees even stated in Spanish and English "that dress was meant for you and its exactly your size that dress isn't even altered!

I shouldn't have to pay MORE money than what I have already have florkda manufacture defects on the dress that they claim are "Alterations I need to pay to have fixed" after they even confirmed that the dress in fact did have defects, and although it does and it's their responsibility to correct it, that they still have to charge more money to have this done. Let me say I've been following them for a while on IG.
